When you place a preorder, we also collect your selected market and pickup, the items you request, substitution preference, order notes, and information about the status and fulfillment of your order.

Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. Texas Wild Seafood receives payment status and transaction details needed to manage your preorder, but does not receive your full card number.

If you select the marketing checkbox, we may use the email address you provide to send occasional product availability, preorder, and market updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent will not stop transactional messages needed to complete or support an order.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or analytics. The preorder service uses browser storage to keep track of your cart and checkout progress. Stripe and our hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as IP address, device type, and request time to provide, secure, and prevent fraud on their services.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, deliver emails, process form submissions and payments, manage preorders, or protect the service. Those providers should receive only what they need to perform their work.
